Field Notes: This stairway goes down under the bridge between South 18th Street and South 21st Street. The street below is closed to car traffic as it looks like city plows/trucks/vehicles are stored there – but it’s still open to pedestrians.

All problems, both broken stairs, and railings, as well as trash and dumping, should be reported to the city. You can easily do this online or by calling.
